Job Summary
A company is looking for an E-Channel Representative (Remote in VA/MD/NC/GA ONLY).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with E-Channel needs through inbound calls, secure and non-secure email, and online chat
- Handle inquiries related to loans, deposits, and maintenance, and conduct research on customer issues
- Support service-related social media questions and efficiently refer sales opportunities to Sales & Service Representatives
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Previous call center experience and/or written customer communication preferred
- Proficient computer skills relevant to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Solid knowledge of web or mobile-based support and online technical troubleshooting
- Able to work weekend hours on a rotating basis
