A company is looking for a Customer Success Strategist to manage client relationships and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 35-50 client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding business objectives
- Lead onboarding and training sessions for clients to ensure successful platform usage
- Monitor account health, identify risks or opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams for solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or a related role
- Experience with market research and managing a portfolio of accounts
- Proficiency in analyzing data and creating dashboards or reports
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and/or data products is a plus
