  • Identify and log inquiries, adverse events, and product quality complaints using Sprout and Salesforce.com
  • Respond to consumer emails efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; college experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in a customer service role
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Availability to work on weekends
