Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative Associate II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to external and internal customers across all product lines
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer cases and enter orders in SAP
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and order status
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma; some college preferred
  • 2-3 years of Customer Care or Customer Service experience
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
