- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing leadership roles within a B2B software organization
- Demonstrated success in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management
- Proven ability to creatively solve customer challenges and drive software adoption
- Experience designing and scaling Customer Success processes and methodologies
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record in managing renewals and revenue retention
