Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claim Adjudication Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure superior customer service through a collaborative and communication-focused approach
  • Develop a culture of operational excellence to create customer value
  • Manage staffing and day-to-day activities based on customer priorities
Required Qualifications
  • A two or four year degree and/or a minimum of four years of work experience is required
  • Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred
  • Understanding of human resource management principles and practices is a plus
  • Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
