Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned customer accounts, focusing on retention and loyalty
  • Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Proactively manage the renewal process and identify at-risk accounts
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a related role such as Customer Success Manager or Sales Engineer
  • Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
  • Comfortable interfacing with complex clients, preferably at the director level
