Required Qualifications

  • Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
  • Ability to learn and operate corporate proprietary systems
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office and proprietary systems
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor during complex telephonic conversations
