- Ensure all case stakeholders are regularly updated and meet departmental production expectations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
- Ability to learn and operate corporate proprietary systems
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and proprietary systems
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor during complex telephonic conversations
