A company is looking for a Claims Support Specialist who will provide customer service and support to the Claims department.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor phone queue and assist with new and existing claims inquiries
- Document information related to claims and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member concerns and expedite claims processing
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Must be customer-focused and action-oriented
- Ability to navigate and input data into multiple claims management systems
- Must be bondable and capable of obtaining necessary state licenses
- An interest or knowledge of classic or collector vehicles is a plus
