A company is looking for a Healthcare Patient Onboarding Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new members and caregivers through the onboarding process and assist with scheduling Initial Evaluations
- Educate members and caregivers about available services and facilitate onboarding through various communication channels
- Verify insurance eligibility and resolve barriers to member enrollment by collaborating with appropriate teams
Required Qualifications and Education
- Experience in patient onboarding and member engagement within a digital health environment
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage challenging expectations
- Detail-oriented with experience in documentation and quality assurance processes
- Passion for expanding access to mental health care services
