A company is looking for a Participant Success Associate to provide post-sales support for program participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in achieving monthly KPIs and OKRs through participant engagement and follow-up tasks
- Assist new participants with onboarding by sharing important information and guiding them through initial steps
- Organize and manage participant documents and data within the CRM system
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or client interaction (retail, volunteering, or school projects)
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and provide customer-focused service
- Organized and tech-savvy, with a willingness to learn new tools
- Basic understanding of emotional intelligence and a growth mindset
