Bilingual Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor - Bi-Lingual (Spanish).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review loan files and ensure all necessary documentation is complete before submission to Underwriting
• Communicate with borrowers post-Underwriting to review conditions and address actionable items promptly
• Manage appraisal and title coordination while collaborating with Underwriting and Funding for timely processing

Qualifications:

• Proficient in FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Encompass LOS
• Strong understanding of TRID guidelines
• At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
