Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Specialist to coordinate and enhance the onboarding program for new hires in the Go-To-Market team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the global GTM onboarding program, managing schedules and facilitators
- Maintain and update onboarding content and training materials in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts
- Track onboarding performance and communicate insights to improve the onboarding journey
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales, customer success, or GTM program coordination
- Experience supporting onboarding or training programs in a high-growth environment
- Proficiency in using enablement technology such as Learning Management Systems and Content Management Systems
- Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
