Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Navigator - Neuro-Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for designated patients and develop personalized care plans
• Ensure seamless delivery of services across the continuum by collaborating with various healthcare professionals
• Advocate for patients by balancing clinical needs with financial considerations to optimize outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Associates of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license required
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program; 3-5 years of experience preferred
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA required; other advanced certifications may be needed
• Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of medical record requirements and regulations required
