Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volume inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed

- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and assist with insurance carriers
Required Qualifications
- At least 12 months of recent call center experience
- Ability to commit to the full schedule with no time off during the first 90 days
- A quiet, professional remote work environment
- High-speed internet and wired modem connection are required
- Mobile hotspots are not accepted
