A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support across assigned product lines via Salesforce service desk
- Manage support tickets effectively, following internal procedures around SLAs and escalations
- Setup test environments and tools to match customer use cases for troubleshooting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or a STEM field, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
- Ability to read and write code to solve basic problems in at least one coding language (preferably Java or C#)
