Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support across assigned product lines via Salesforce service desk
  • Manage support tickets effectively, following internal procedures around SLAs and escalations
  • Setup test environments and tools to match customer use cases for troubleshooting
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or a STEM field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
  • Ability to read and write code to solve basic problems in at least one coding language (preferably Java or C#)
