A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to policyholders regarding policy coverage, claim status, and payments
- Process requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails while maintaining department standards
- Review and maintain procedures related to policy information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of office experience preferred; telecommunications experience is a plus
- Knowledge of life and health insurance operations is desired
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM
- Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Outlook
