Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to policyholders regarding policy coverage, claim status, and payments
  • Process requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails while maintaining department standards
  • Review and maintain procedures related to policy information


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of office experience preferred; telecommunications experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of life and health insurance operations is desired
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Outlook
