Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- 2-3+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Ability to perform follow-ups and navigate multiple systems
- Strong typing skills of 30 WPM or more
- Good tenure and attendance in previous positions (1+ year at most jobs)
