Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Advocate to support a Managed Care Organization in California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals

  • Manage queues and ensure correct shipment of specialty pharmacy orders
Required Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to perform follow-ups and navigate multiple systems
  • Strong typing skills of 30 WPM or more
  • Good tenure and attendance in previous positions (1+ year at most jobs)
