Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Perform quality checks on work and maintain equipment in good condition
• Provide excellent customer service and support, including onboarding and training new employees

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required; degree preferred
• 2+ years of ROI fulfillment experience or 4 years external experience required
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Basic knowledge of medical records and HIPAA regulations
• Experience with Microsoft Office and multiple EMR platforms
