A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Patient Assistance Program
- Make outbound calls to address questions and assist with application documentation
- Utilize training and resources to resolve patient and healthcare provider inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST
- Must successfully pass a typing and customer service assessment
