Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Referrals - Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the performance of Supervisors and agents to meet performance standards
  • Drive referral conversion rates and ensure patients are scheduled for follow-up care
  • Monitor employee engagement and collaborate with leadership to maintain high engagement levels
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum of three years of experience as an Access/Call Center manager or in comparable management roles
  • Experience in a healthcare environment with call center, referral, and appointment scheduling
  • Ability to analyze trends and create action plans for improvement
  • Willingness to travel to clinical or corporate locations as needed
