A company is looking for a Manager, Referrals - Shared Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the performance of Supervisors and agents to meet performance standards
- Drive referral conversion rates and ensure patients are scheduled for follow-up care
- Monitor employee engagement and collaborate with leadership to maintain high engagement levels
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of three years of experience as an Access/Call Center manager or in comparable management roles
- Experience in a healthcare environment with call center, referral, and appointment scheduling
- Ability to analyze trends and create action plans for improvement
- Willingness to travel to clinical or corporate locations as needed
