Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and respond to plan participants with compassion via phone, email, and instant messaging
- Customize service approaches to accommodate various communication styles while maintaining professionalism
- Handle confidential information sensitively and maintain accurate call and case notes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Must reside within a 2-hour radius of San Diego, CA (Mission Valley area)
