A company is looking for an Annuity Case Coordinator to join their Insurance Operations organization in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new business applications and complex data/financial transactions, ensuring completeness and compliance with guidelines
- Communicate with financial advisors and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and provide necessary information
- Share knowledge and assist less experienced team members while identifying process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred
- 0-1+ years of relevant client customer support and operations experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in client customer support and operations preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer navigation skills
