A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to provide tier 1 support to clients remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional tier 1 support to clients, enhancing their experience
- Escalate customer support issues as needed and maintain communication regarding criticality and timelines
- Prepare and maintain hardware for customers and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Help Desk Specialist or in a similar role
- Ability to work weekdays from 8am to 5pm Eastern Time
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as necessary
- Experience managing and coordinating with third-party vendors
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
