Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive conversion, feature adoption, retention, and expansion among valuable customers by understanding their business needs
  • Develop a communication cadence with customers to monitor adoption trends and overall account health
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support trial customers, conversions, and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or account/relationship management at a SaaS company
  • Experience working with developer tools or technical products
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships to mitigate churn and drive renewals
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and communicate product feedback effectively
