Key Responsibilities
- Drive conversion, feature adoption, retention, and expansion among valuable customers by understanding their business needs
- Develop a communication cadence with customers to monitor adoption trends and overall account health
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support trial customers, conversions, and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or account/relationship management at a SaaS company
- Experience working with developer tools or technical products
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships to mitigate churn and drive renewals
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot is preferred
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and communicate product feedback effectively
