Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment and recovery process
- Provide timely assistance via phone, chat, or email for administrative, medication, or service management issues
- Collaborate with medical and behavioral health clinicians to support telehealth care delivery
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience in a medical or care delivery environment
- Medical experience required (e.g., Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Tech)
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferable, but not required
- Experience in a high-volume contact center or similar setting
- Comfort with computer technology and navigating multiple software platforms
