A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support for IT needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support for IT inquiries from employees and contractors
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding IT tasks, including account creation and training
- Manage help desk ticket support, ensuring timely resolution and communication
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience in a Microsoft-based help desk environment
- 1+ years of experience in planning and conducting IT trainings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications and user administration
- Familiarity with JIRA, Pega, ServiceNow or similar enterprise systems
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred in a relevant field
