A company is looking for a Workforce Management Technician I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule field technicians for service requests, optimizing resource allocation
- Monitor technician progress and adjust routes based on customer needs and scheduling changes
- Manage incoming service requests, prioritizing them and communicating updates to customers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Customer service experience in a call center is required; dispatch experience is desired
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and ICOMS billing system
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed
