A company is looking for a Workforce Management Technician I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule field technicians for service requests, optimizing resource allocation
  • Monitor technician progress and adjust routes based on customer needs and scheduling changes
  • Manage incoming service requests, prioritizing them and communicating updates to customers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Customer service experience in a call center is required; dispatch experience is desired
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and ICOMS billing system
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed
