A company is looking for a Principal Support Analyst to lead user support efforts within the Neuromodulation Business.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary business contact for user support and monitor support issues
- Develop and implement business support processes and reporting metrics
- Ensure data quality and support backlog and release cycles
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 6+ years, or a Baccalaureate Degree with 4+ years of experience
- 8+ years of experience supporting the Salesforce.com platform
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with technical partners
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in gathering and documenting user requirements for technical teams
