Job Summary
A company is looking for an EAP Specialist to contribute to clinical and operational protocols and manage global customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of customer feedback and respond to negative feedback
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners to ensure compliance with service delivery standards
- Monitor operational and clinical metrics and provide training to partners on required protocols
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with international experience preferred
- Masters Level clinical qualification in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or similar
- Experience in project management
- EAP experience is essential
