Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound welcome calls to patients and complete 40+ enrollments per week
- Maintain accurate records and schedule Welcome Calls with Care Counselors within 2 business days of enrollment
- Review patient eligibility and escalate clinical questions to the appropriate care team
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service, medical front desk, or call center
- Strong phone communication skills and confidence in discussing healthcare programs
- Highly organized and comfortable managing time-sensitive tasks and high call volume
- Tech-savvy with experience in EHR platforms, CRMs, or scheduling tools
- Bilingual (Spanish or Russian) is a plus
