A company is looking for a Benefit Verification Manager who will oversee the Client Access Representative team and ensure efficient benefit verification processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Client Access Representative team, addressing escalations and performance issues
- Ensure timely and accurate benefit verifications and monitor outpatient authorizations for required services
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, team meetings, and manage staffing and training needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 3+ years of insurance authorization and/or benefit verification experience (required)
- 2+ years of healthcare management experience (required)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications
