A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate for a remote position in Hawaii/West.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer-submitted live chats and emails in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues related to their accounts and billing
- Independently meet targets across quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Open availability to work a 40-hour week, including weekends and holidays
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar role
- Consistent and dependable Wi-Fi connection and a dedicated workspace
- Familiarity with the Squarespace platform is preferred
- Must reside in Arizona, Hawaii, Idaho, Utah, New Mexico, Oregon, or Washington
