Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer to join their SaaS operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for the SaaS platform, including incident triage and resolution
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 5-9 years of experience in a technical support or DevOps role within a SaaS environment
- Experience with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, YAML, or JSON
- Familiarity with SaaS tools and platforms including HP ALM, Jira, and GitHub
- Experience in supporting integration and configuration of third-party SaaS tools
