A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Call Center Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead inbound and outbound call center activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Guide team leaders on staffing, coaching, and mentoring to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
- Prepare and present data and regulatory compliance reports to stakeholders and collaborate on cross-departmental processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Registered Nurse license is required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required; BSN is preferred
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience is required
- Minimum of three years of progressive management experience is required
- Call center and telephone triage experience are required
