Job Summary
A company is looking for a Correspondence Escalation Specialist who will manage incoming correspondence and resolve billing issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and handle incoming correspondence related to claim rejections, duplicate claims, records, and bills
- Resolve patient billing issues and explain relevant policies and procedures
- Evaluate incoming concerns and provide acknowledgments through appropriate communication mediums
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One (1) year of customer service experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare
- Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits and various insurance plans
- Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT Codes
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations and percentages
