Job Summary

A company is looking for a Correspondence Escalation Specialist who will manage incoming correspondence and resolve billing issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and handle incoming correspondence related to claim rejections, duplicate claims, records, and bills
  • Resolve patient billing issues and explain relevant policies and procedures
  • Evaluate incoming concerns and provide acknowledgments through appropriate communication mediums
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • One (1) year of customer service experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare
  • Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits and various insurance plans
  • Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT Codes
  • Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations and percentages
