Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Service and Collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Customer Service and Collections department, ensuring effective cash collection and customer service
  • Conduct staff performance reviews, manage payroll, and coordinate training and quality assurance
  • Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing issues and implementing new technology
Required Qualifications
  • BA or BS in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in hospital billing and customer service
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to collections
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate staff while managing departmental operations
