A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Service and Collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Customer Service and Collections department, ensuring effective cash collection and customer service
- Conduct staff performance reviews, manage payroll, and coordinate training and quality assurance
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing issues and implementing new technology
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in hospital billing and customer service
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to collections
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate staff while managing departmental operations
