Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers, pharmacies, and doctor offices
- Research information in databases to resolve customer service issues
- Maintain composure in escalated situations while operating in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of call center experience required
- At least 1 year of work-at-home experience required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to multi-task in several computer applications while interacting with customers
- Basic math skills required
