Licensed EAP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed EAP Specialist - Remote (Evening Hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for EAP and Behavioral health inquiries
• Conduct assessments, triage, and provide short-term problem resolution for routine and crisis callers
• Determine member eligibility, provide solution-focused consultation, and update clinical notes in the care management database

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Current, unrestricted, independent behavioral health license in the state of residence
• 3+ years of clinical experience post-Master's degree
• 2+ years of experience using Windows PCs and navigating multiple systems
• Access to high-speed internet at home via cable broadband, DSL, or fiber
