A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer new referral intake and refill calls professionally and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist in co-pay collections
- Participate in pharmacy orientation programs and collaborate with other departments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred but not required
- Previous pharmacy experience and strong customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software
- Retail pharmacy experience is preferred but not mandatory
