Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer new referral intake and refill calls professionally and in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist in co-pay collections
• Participate in pharmacy orientation programs and collaborate with other departments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred but not required
• Previous pharmacy experience and strong customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software
• Retail pharmacy experience is preferred but not mandatory
