• Manage the PFC phone line and respond to patient inquiries regarding finances
• Run reports and investigate necessary accounts related to patient financial situations
• Handle payment posting, refunds, and billing statements, along with other assigned duties

• High school diploma required
• Healthcare-related higher education (post high school) preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to excellent customer service
• Understanding of mathematical principles
