Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls while ensuring a positive patient experience
  • Assist callers with their inquiries and facilitate issue resolution by referring to experts or escalating matters as needed
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to manage patient accounts and perform various assigned duties
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
  • Basic math/bookkeeping skills
  • Experience with payor-specific or medical specialty billing is a plus
