Key Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and strategic leadership of the implementation strategy and product offerings
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning technical capabilities with their growth strategies
• Build and develop a high-performing team of operational and technical experts to enhance client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or a relevant field
• 15 years of work experience in Operations, Sales, or Information Technology
• 5 years of experience in a client-facing role
• 5 years of experience in program and project management with complex change initiatives
• 8 years of leadership experience in a technology function or similar area
