Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner Behavioral Health for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical management and collaborate with the psychiatric team for patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Assess patients for acute suicide and violence risk, recommending appropriate care levels
• Coordinate services and education for patients, families, and staff to promote quality care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program
• Master's or Doctorate degree is required
• Active Nurse Practitioner Nevada license and APRN licensure within 9 months of hire
• Federal and State DEA certification required within 9 months of hire
