A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Coordinator to ensure consistent, high-quality engagement with patients and support their ongoing care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and virtual outreach to schedule Annual Visits and follow-up appointments with patients
- Educate patients on the importance of ongoing care and the benefits of completing their annual visits
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and collaborate with clinical care teams
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 2+ years of related experience in healthcare sales, direct marketing, or customer service
- Ability to build trust and rapport with seniors and patients
- Willingness to work after hours and weekends if needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
