Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customs Brokerage Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and ensure timely release and movement of freight
• Prepare and submit documentation to comply with customs regulations
• Manage relationships with brokers and service providers to meet customer service requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 24 months of brokerage or transportation experience and/or customer service experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and the harmonized tariff system
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
