Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in claims processing or analysis, preferably in the home warranty or insurance industry
• 5+ years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to develop and motivate teams
• Strong understanding of policy coverage, claims procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• High-level problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
