Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer Technical Lead (Mobile Support Engineer).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support resources for mobile-related product use cases and questions
  • Triage customer-reported issues across mobile runtimes and troubleshoot root causes
  • Collaborate with the DevRelations team to create and maintain technical documentation and FAQs
Required Qualifications
  • Experience using Rive is a significant plus
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting mobile applications, particularly Android
  • Experience with SaaS products, including their architecture and common technical issues
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and troubleshooting API-related issues
  • Experience using CRM and support ticketing systems for customer interactions
