Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and third-party specialists
- Educate customers on their retirement savings accounts and communicate plan updates
- Process account changes, contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals as directed by customers
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional business hours
- Associate degree or higher **AND** at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
- Experience in financial services or call center is a plus
- Desire to engage with customers and adapt communication style to diverse clientele
