A company is looking for a Customer Service Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls, ensuring timely responses and first call resolution
- Facilitate issue resolution by referring matters to experts or escalating to supervisors as needed
- Communicate with other departments to ensure proper handling of patient accounts and perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or financial services
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform essential job functions independently and flexibly
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise within revenue cycle follow-up and customer service
- Experience in facilitating team huddles and onboarding new staff
