Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls, ensuring timely responses and first call resolution
  • Facilitate issue resolution by referring matters to experts or escalating to supervisors as needed
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure proper handling of patient accounts and perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or financial services
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform essential job functions independently and flexibly
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise within revenue cycle follow-up and customer service
  • Experience in facilitating team huddles and onboarding new staff
